SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION
Order Processing – In most cases, all orders will be shipped within the same day or day after of placing your order. Processing time estimate do not account for holidays or non-business days. If you place your order over the weekend (Friday through Sunday), please allow extra time to process your order. This estimate does not include the actual shipping times. Once your order is processed for delivery, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has shipped along with tracking information. All orders are tracked.
Shipping Providers –We currently ship domestic (Malaysia only) via POSLAJU (FREE shipping for purchase over RM70).
Worldwide - low cost shipping (via registered airmail) and express shipping (via DHL and Aramex). Please note that delivery may take anywhere between 2-7 weeks for low cost shipping and 3-10 days for express shipping, depending on your location.
All shipments are tracked. However, shipments using low cost shipping might lose tracking upon receipt by the recipients’ national courier service. Shipping providers may be selected at checkout. However, please note that not all countries have access to these shipment providers. In such instances, please contact our Customer Support Team at email@example.com.
You might experience some delay if the items are held by your country’s custom. In some of such instances, you might need to contact your country’s custom.
Shipping Rates –Shipping costs is dependent on weight, volume, postal code, and shipping providers. Shipping costs are quoted at checkout.

* For order above 2000 g , we advise that you separate the shipment for easy custom clearance.
Orders might be subjected to custom duties or any other local regulatory related taxes in your country. Please note we do not cover these charges and these are not included in your checkout costs.
If any shipments are returned to VapeOrb, we will refund your product cost but not the shipping costs. We are not responsible for shipments that are seized by custom in your country. Please take note that you are to be aware and understand your country’s regulatory requirements on vaping before placing your order with us.
